  • Subscription cancellations within the first 14 days of a new subscription (first-time subscribers only).

Non-refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • After the 14-day trial period for new subscriptions has elapsed.
  • For any subscription renewals after the initial subscription period.
  • If the software is functioning as intended, but does not meet your specific needs or expectations.
  • For any add-ons, extensions, or in-app purchases made within the software.
